Who Can Submit a Referral?
Literally Anyone.
If you know someone, that’s all you need.
There is no licensing requirement. No professional affiliation. No application. If you’re a teacher, a nurse, a retired contractor, a stay-at-home parent, a bartender at a restaurant on the MarshWalk, or someone who bought their Grand Strand home with us two years ago and now has a friend from up North thinking about making the move — you qualify.
Real estate agents and brokers from other states or markets are of course welcome too — if you have a client relocating to the Grand Strand and you need a trusted local agent to handle their transaction, reach out directly. We honor professional referral agreements and take care of our referring agents properly.
The Grand Strand is a relocation magnet right now. Washington DC, New York, Boston — these are the top three markets sending buyers to Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach consistently. What counts as the “Grand Strand”?
Myrtle Beach and the surrounding coastal communities — roughly 60 miles of South Carolina coastline. This includes North Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach, Garden City, Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island, and everything in between. If you’re not sure whether a specific location qualifies, just ask us.
What if my referral isn’t ready to buy or sell right now?
Submit anyway. Real estate timelines shift constantly. We’ll build the relationship now, stay in touch with them, and when they’re ready, we’re already there. The referral is still yours.
Will you keep me updated on their transaction?
